Valve Insertion

Install permanent, inline control valves directly onto active water mains under pressure—with zero interruption to customer service. Using the industry-leading AVT EZ Valve system, Blue Water performs precision single-slot milling to insert a permanent, resilient wedge gate valve while the line remains live and fully operational. It gives operators immediate control over future maintenance, emergency isolations, and system expansion without costly shutdowns or boil-water advisories.

Temporary Line Stopping

Isolate sections of an active water main under pressure without draining the system or shutting down entire service zones. Temporary line stopping provides a clean, controlled stoppage point so repairs, valve replacements, line relocations, or new construction can proceed safely. Once work is finished, the temporary stop is removed and line flow is restored with minimal disruption.

Wet Tapping

Service Tapping

Service tapping allows lateral connections to be installed efficiently and cleanly without draining lines or taking existing customers out of service. It is the ideal solution for new developments, service upgrades, and infrastructure expansions that require fast, non-disruptive installation.
