Universal 1:1 90 Degree Actuator
Product Overview
Using the existing 2” valve nut & a PIV adapter plate on any brand gate valve allows the BWCSI 90 Degree 1:1 Actuator to be mounted outside to the sealed unit of the valve. This method of mounting allows for the Actuator to be universal to any brand or model valve upon which a PIV plate can be mounted.
Gear Box & Actuator Casing Assembly
Right angle gearbox with two 1" keyed shafts. Cast iron housing is sealed to protect the gears and taper roller bearings. The body is drilled and tapped 4-1/4" square with 3/8" holes. The Gearbox is drilled and tapped with the same bolt pattern on both sides of the gearbox. This allows mounting and arranging the shafts to the Actuator casing.
The PIV Plate is 65/45/12 Ductile Iron. Actuator Casing, Adapter Nut & Valve Nut are 1045 Steel. The Casing is sealed after installation.
